Some of our authorized retailers operate online stores in addition to their brick-and-mortar stores. We suggest these stores for convenience if you are not near a store that is authorized to carry our line. However, you may find lower prices or special perks when you buy in a boutique environment. If you choose to buy online be sure the store is listed in our store locator. Only stores listed on our store locator will sell genuine styles.

If you go to any House of Wu retailer, most likely they will have the dress in stock. If the dress is not in their inventory, most stores can special order the dress for you (depending on the store policy). It is helpful to take a picture of the dress along with you to the store and the style number if it is available. Each store should have a copy of our House of Wu catalogs for you to view additional styles that are similar to the one you like.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at the House of Wu. While we always hope that those who purchase our gowns are 100% satisfied, we understand that sometimes there is a need to return a purchase. However, because we sell wholesale to our retailers, we must refer you back to the store in which the dress was purchased and have you work directly with their team.

Yes, Christina Wu offers fabric for order, by the yard. Please note that it is best to order your extra fabric at the same time as your dress. Fabric ordered separately cannot be guaranteed to, exactly, match your dresses dye lot. There may be a slight shade variance if the fabric is cut from a different dye lot as your dress. Please visit your local authorized retailer to discuss your fabric needs.
